Programming Service

We offer fast and quality programming service on most models of Portable and Mobile Two-Way Radios*.

Programming rates

Up to  16 channels programmed - $25.00

17- 32 channels programmed $40.00
32-64 channels programmed - $55.00
64-120 channels programmed $75.00

*Please check with us if programming service on your radio is available before sending the radios out for programming..

Tuning and alignment of your radios can be provided at additional cost. You must verify the proper operation of your radio prior to sending it to us for reprogramming. If it doesn't work before programming, it is not likely to work after programming. Radios sent for programming will be tested for proper operation prior to programming. If the radio is not working, it will be returned as-is, at your expense or repair service will be offered. 

Our standard turn around time under normal circumstances is 1 to 2 business days. 

Shipping costs within continental U.S. are based  on package weight: $6.50 up to 1 lb shipped via USPS Priority Mail; $8.50 up to 2 lb. If you are sending more than 2 radios for programming, and the package weight is more than 2 lb, please contact us for return postage quote. Shipping insurance is optional.

No battery, charger or antenna needs to be shipped !!!

Programming Data list may be introduced in free style, but has to include information about both Receive and Transmit  frequencies for each channel, and Private Line codes if any for each channel in Receive and Transmit mode. You can also give information about other features, such as side and top buttons configuration, power level, squelch level, scan list, GE-Star or MDC1200 ID codes, QC II tones, etc. Please look at sample of completed programming data form.

If you need to match your radios, and you don't know the frequencies and codes to programmed in them, please send the radios to the above address for matching.  Don't forget to mark the radio that you need to be used as a sample for matching.
