Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: How can I determine if I'm using a correct antenna with my HT1000/MT2000/MTS2000, MTX8000, MTX9000 radio?
A: Please go to a table of antenna color codes and specifications for more details.

Q: What are programming choices for the control buttons in GP300?
A: There are two control buttons on the side of the radio, just above the PTT
switch. Control button 1 is the top button, which control button 2 is the
bottom button. Each control button may be programmed to have a specific
function. The choices are Volume Set, Monitor, Nuisance Delete and None.
The default values are Volume Set on control button 1 and Monitor on
control button 2. No double function for this buttons and any beeps. These functions are available in higher level radios like HT1000, HT1250 etc.
